GRF Accountancy Marketing was established in July 2001 after Sarah Bailey, co-director, genuinely felt that with her Marketing and Call Centre experience she could offer Accountants a service that was not readily available at the time, a high quality appointment making system where they could tailor their specific client requirements and receive quality, well qualified appointments with interested prospects in their local area.
 
Now over 7 years we occupy a 2,500 sq ft call centre housing 20 dedicated telemarketers. They are headed up by a full time Team Leader who constantly monitors and quality assures all appointments. There is a Client Management team who are the first point of contact for the accountant who deal with the processing of data and general queries along with a Business Development Manager and two Directors who are always available.
 
We understand the trust that is instilled in GRF by accountants using a remote call centre, which is why we can assure that our accountants practices will be represented in the best light regardless of the level of the prospect our team have to deal with.  
 
Here at GRF we also fully understand the value of your chargeable time, which is why after appointments have been qualified we offer a confirmation service whereby we call the prospect the day before the appointment to confirm the prospect is expecting you.
 
The accountants that GRF like to represent must be proactive, be able to offer fixed fees, telephone support to clients and timescale guarantees. If practices can offer this then this system will work for them!
