Prices

A flat rate is charged per appointment arranged according to the size of clients you wish to target. The size is according to the data provider sources we purchase on your behalf, normally from Experian. You can put any upper limit you want on the size of client and exclude any specific trades you want to.

If you wish to target businesses of all sizes, the investment is £140 for every appointment for both small and large clients. You will still get plenty of larger businesses included in your appointments at whatever level you start but you can exclude the smaller one's altogether if you wish to increase the investment per appointment.

Thereafter, if you want to cut out smaller businesses the investment per appointment rises. The appointment fee is the same for all your appointments and is agreed upfront.

We are happy to look at turnover size although we normally find the turnover size estimates, from the data provider sources, are not as accurate as the estimated employee size.

In both cases our appointment charges stand as we are as only as good as the information supplied to us.

Confirmation Call Service We will call the prospect the day before the meeting, or on the day of the meeting, to remind them of the appointment.	5
You should advice us at least 48 hrs before an appointment that you would like this service.
Follow Up Call Service We will undertake up to 5 calls (conversations), on your behalf, following the initial meeting with a view of securing a sign up meeting.	25
If you would like to take advantage of this service you will need to provide a quote within 48 hours of the initial meeting and provide us with a copy. You will liase closely at all times with us throughout the follow up process.

All our prices exclude VAT at 15%.
It should be stressed that employee/turnover figures are provided by our data providers based on other information they hold about the prospects. The actual can vary from this and appointments are still chargeable in these circumstances.
