Coming from a Call Centre and Customer Service managerial background, Sarah is used to dealing with major accounts. Sarah has been working exclusively with the accountancy profession for over 10 years.

Cory Bailey, Director
Cory has over 7 years commercial ICT experience, working within Blue Chip companies. This ensures GRF's IT systems and Telecom infrastructure is kept up to date and allows the team to remain 100% productive at all times. He has also now worked exclusively within the accountancy marketing profession for 8 years.

Nigel Webb, Business Development Manager
Nigel has over fourteen years of solid sales and marketing experience. He has helped develop successful marketing campaigns for numerous UK and multinational companies.

Telemarketing Team
We have a team of 20 professional dedicated telemarketers working from our offices based in central Dunstable. They are headed up by a Team Leader, who has over 12 years call centre management experience.
All the team are specifically trained in telemarketing for the Accountancy profession and are fully aware of all ICAEW, ICAS and ACCA guidelines.
