Directories (databases) are ordered on your behalf as soon as we need them at no cost to you so that we can maintain your appointment quota every week. You will always have a look at them first before we start calling, so that you can delete your existing clients or any other prospects you may be in contact with through other marketing channels, or of course the odd one you don’t like the look of!

The prospects are called on your behalf as if we are calling from your office.

Once the prospect expresses interest in meeting with you, a full appointment checklist is gone through to gain as much information as possible, so you go to the meetings fully armed with information.

A majority of our Accountants set aside specific days to make themselves available for appointments that we meet wherever we possibly can. We always allow at least 2 hours between appointments.
